We are currently working on a new bolt-on module for LifeCheck which will allow users to track faults which may occur with components held within LifeCheck. This will be a fully customisable module where you can define different status's and priorities to faults, assign them to different teams and personnel and will provide alerts to let your team members know when the status of a fault has changed.
Fault tracking is a natural addition to LifeCheck as we continue to improve an expand on it's capabilities. It fits in well with the full life cycle tracking mentality implemented by LifeCheck. We expect the Fault Tracking module to be available first quarter of 2020 for an additional license fee.
